What to Expect on Day of Service

  • We will text to let you know we are on our way.

  • We’ll walk all designated areas throughly picking up all your dog’s waste. We bag it, we take it.

  • Once your yard is dog poop-free, our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment both coming and going.

  • Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Poop Troop® technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard.

  • Yes! The Poop Troop® provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

  • The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at The Poop Troop®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.

  • The Poop Troop® has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.

  • No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.

  • Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is slightly different. If you specify you have an outside accessible waste can, we will place the secured waste in the can as we leave.

    If you have specified that you do not have a waste can outside accessable, we will secure it and dispose of it off site.

  • Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

  • Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but we strive to offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.

  • No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.

  • No! The Poop Troop® does not require you to be home for your pooper scooper service. We simply ask that you allow easy access to your backyard.

  • The Poop Troop® offers weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one-time cleanup options to best fit your needs and your pooper scooper budget.
